A well-trained personal care assistant will visit your home and ensure your loved one can continue to live at home even if he or she can’t necessarily perform all basic tasks, like getting dressed and ready for the day. During this visit, we create a plan of care that’s personalized to every individual’s needs.

Trinity In Home Care is also proud to provide follow-up evaluations every 30 days. This additional level of service is free to you and allows us to ensure you always receive the most attentive, friendly service we can offer.

Our personal care assistants are all experienced in their field, compassionate towards their clients, and passionate about their work. A care assistant can provide you or your loved one with conversation, companionship, and a helping hand.
