I have used multiple in home care providers in the past for my father and am now using Trinity In Home Care for my mother who lives at home but can no longer be left alone. I am truly blessed to have found Trinity through a client referral. My mother recently left the hospital and needed short term 24hr care and Trinity was able to give me coverage on very short notice. I owe an apology to Aaron, Jane and especially Wumi (I hope I spelled her name correctly.) All three were very kind and very professional. Wumi was a little late to pick me up for an appointment, and I became hysterical, but ultimately I know why she was a little late. She was driving in East Price Hill, a very confusing neighborhood. I've lived in EPH for three years, and it is THE MOST confusing neighborhood in Cincinnati. In the end, Wumi arrived and got me to my appointment on time. She was very sweet and professional, really a delight to have as a driver and companion as I faced outpatient surgery. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat, and I'd recommend the kind folks at Queen City Homecare to anyone who needs this kind of facility.
